Welcome to Timeless Biotech

Welcome to the MenoTime team at Timeless Biotech. We're building the future of menopause care, and we're excited to have you on board.

Our Mission

Timeless Biotech is advancing menopause care through data-driven insights. We believe that menopause is a significant life transition that deserves rigorous clinical attention, personalized treatment options, and evidence-based decision-making. Our mission is to empower healthcare providers with the tools and data they need to deliver exceptional care to menopause patients.

What MenoTime Does

MenoTime is a HIPAA-compliant clinical data platform that enables healthcare providers to:

  • Collect standardized menopause clinical data from their patient populations in a structured, secure manner
  • Submit de-identified patient data to our platform for aggregation and analysis
  • Gain insights into menopause clinical markers, treatment outcomes, and population health trends
  • Access benchmarking reports comparing their practice patterns against validated clinical standards
  • Improve care through data-driven decision making

Our platform processes de-identified clinical data related to menopause symptoms, treatments, and outcomes. We aggregate this data to identify patterns, validate clinical hypotheses, and help providers optimize their care delivery.

Core Values

At Timeless Biotech, everything we do is guided by these core values:

Patient-First

We center every decision around improving outcomes for menopause patients. Patient safety, privacy, and dignity are non-negotiable. We design features, workflows, and policies with the patient experience in mind.

HIPAA-Always

We treat data protection as a first-class engineering concern, not an afterthought. Every engineer on the team owns HIPAA compliance. We build security into our architecture from day one, encrypt data at rest and in transit, maintain detailed audit logs, and regularly validate our controls.

Move Fast with Guardrails

We move quickly because we're solving an important problem. But we move fast within a strong framework of security, compliance, and quality standards. We don't skip HIPAA assessments. We don't deploy without peer review. We don't compromise on patient safety to ship faster.

Openness & Transparency

We trust each other. We ask questions, we share concerns, we give feedback. We assume good intent and work toward shared goals. Transparency about technical challenges, product decisions, and company direction helps us all succeed.

Continuous Learning

Healthcare, cloud infrastructure, and data privacy are complex domains. We invest in learning. We read security bulletins, we attend training, we stay updated on regulatory changes, and we share knowledge across the team.

Getting Started

This playbook will guide you through everything you need to know during your first weeks at Timeless Biotech. We've organized it into sections on onboarding, teams, infrastructure, security, and development practices.

Start with the tools and access section to get your accounts set up, then work through the first week checklist to ensure you're fully onboarded.

Who to Contact for Help

During your first weeks, you'll be paired with an onboarding buddy who can answer day-to-day questions. Reach out to them first.

For specific topics:

  • Engineering & architecture questions: Post in #engineering on Slack or reach out to the engineering lead
  • HIPAA & compliance questions: Contact our compliance officer (see internal directory)
  • Access or account setup issues: Reach out to ops@timelessbiotech.com
  • Product/clinical questions: Message your manager or the clinical team lead
  • General questions: Ask in #general or #help on Slack

We're a small team and we're all here to help. Don't hesitate to ask questions—especially about security and compliance. Those are the questions we want you to ask.

What's in This Playbook

  • Onboarding: Everything you need to get started
  • Teams: Who does what and how teams work together
  • Infrastructure: How MenoTime runs on AWS
  • Security & Compliance: HIPAA requirements, data handling, incident response
  • Development: How to set up your dev environment, write code, and deploy
